Anyone who violates the following on-site rules will be denied entry or asked to leave without a refund. Handbags and backpacks will be checked upon entry; those who refuse to cooperate will be denied entry.

1. Program information is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to change program information and schedule.

2. No refunds or reimbursements will be offered under any circumstances, including venue closures or bans on spectators due to government guidelines.

3. Tickets are not assigned seating. Each ticket purchaser may purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.

4. Tickets are available with discounts for seniors and children/toddlers. The organizers reserve the right to require attendees to present original copies of valid identification documents. Payment methods: Credit card (Visa/MasterCard).

5. Each ticket is for one person only. A valid QR code must be displayed on your mobile phone or printed out upon entry. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot present a valid ticket.

6. A valid QR code must be presented before entry to obtain an entry wristband;

7. Reselling of tickets or wristbands is strictly prohibited. If tickets or wristbands are used or resold by other organizations or used for other commercial purposes, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the tickets or wristbands.

8. Unauthorized reproduction of tickets or wristbands may result in being denied entry. Anyone illegally (or attempting to) resell tickets or wristbands may have their entry confiscated or be denied entry without a refund or compensation.

9. Lost or damaged event tickets or wristbands will not be replaced. Please keep them safe.

10. All spectators are requested to ensure they arrive at the venue as early as possible to allow for security screening procedures;

11. Spectators are not allowed to record, photograph, or record audio in any form within the venue. All cameras, professional cameras, video and audio recording equipment, drones, or GoPros are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Violators will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

12. For safety reasons, selfie sticks, tripods, stools/folding chairs, (electric) bicycles, (electric) skateboards, (electric) scooters, pets, umbrellas, glass bottles, any weapons, lighters, spray items, fireworks, or laser devices are prohibited within the venue. Banners, flagpoles, and flags used for cheering on athletes are exempt from this restriction, but please be aware of safety precautions.

13. No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the venue;

14. Strollers must not be placed within the competition venue area. If necessary, please park them outside the venue and take care of them yourself. The organizer will not keep them safe, and will not be responsible for any loss.

15. No luggage storage service will be provided inside the venue;

16. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the venue, including traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, or heated non-combustible tobacco products;

17. You can ask the staff for directions regarding the stadium;

18. Please respect and cherish the organizers' facilities and public spaces both inside and outside the venue. The organizers reserve the right to pursue compensation for any violations.

19. If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Gale Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted on the day of the event, the program will be cancelled without refund. The awards ceremony may be cancelled due to public event/transportation/safety issues, and no refund will be provided. The venue/organizer reserves the right of final decision. Please check with the organizer for updates on the day of the program. 20. There will be no parking available on site. Please use public transportation to get to the venue.

21. The sale or distribution of unauthorized goods or other items is strictly prohibited, either inside or outside the venue;

22. In the event of any ticketing disputes, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.
